This position offers a competitive base salary range of $100,000 – $150,000, combined with strong earning potential and world-class brand recognition.

We are looking for an individual with 3–5 years of experience specifically within the embedded systems, industrial PC, or automation sectors. As a account manager, you must be a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of identifying customer needs and delivering tailored high-tech solutions.
Account manager should be highly organized, proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, and possess the negotiation skills required to manage large-scale OEM contracts. Role Overview
As a account manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining Advantech’s leadership in the automation and industrial OEM markets. Your daily responsibilities will include developing deep relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new revenue streams, and managing the entire contract negotiation and renewal lifecycle. You will act as a strategic consultant, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to provide your clients with the most innovative solutions available.
Furthermore, the account manager collaborates with internal engineering and logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery and maximum customer satisfaction. Account manager will also represent Advantech at major industry events and conferences to network and promote our Smart City and IoT solutions.
Job Requirements
To be successful as our next account manager, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience focusing on industrial PCs, automation solutions, or embedded systems.
Account Mastery: Demonstrated success in managing OEM or enterprise-level accounts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce); ability to understand complex technical specifications.
Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential for this account manager role.
Work Authorization: Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for State Department authorization).
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Travel: Ability to attend industry conferences and networking events as required.
