Amazon.com Services LLC
Job Summary
Are you a results-oriented leader ready to revolutionize the last mile of logistics? Amazon is seeking a high-impact Account Manager to own a portfolio of Hub Delivery Partners across assigned regional delivery stations. In this individual contributor role, you will be the primary architect of partner success, developing territory plans that ensure seamless launches, sustained high performance, and long-term retention.

As an Account Manager, you will work in the heart of Amazon’s evolving delivery network, collaborating with Station Operations Managers to solve complex problems and build innovative processes from scratch. If you have an ownership mentality and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, this is your chance to drive real-world outcomes in the logistics space.
Ideal Candidate
The perfect Account Manager for this role is a data-driven professional who balances analytical problem-solving with exceptional relationship management skills. We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within technology, startups, or SaaS platforms.
As an Account Manager, you must be proficient in Excel and capable of analyzing complex performance metrics to provide actionable, data-driven coaching. The ideal candidate is a proactive “partner advocate” who can channel external feedback into systemic improvements while remaining calm and professional as a primary escalation point. If you are comfortable navigating industry trends and managing large-scale operational impacts with urgency, you are the candidate we need.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager in the Hub Delivery space, your mission spans performance development, strategic partnership, and growth management. You will conduct regular performance reviews, analyzing reliability metrics to implement coaching interventions that prevent partner deactivation. Beyond day-to-day troubleshooting, the Account Manager partners with planning teams on volume forecasting and capacity optimization to support partner scaling initiatives.
You will serve as the bridge between Amazon’s internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, communicating program updates and network changes with total clarity. Your ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and formulate network-level improvements will be key to maintaining quality standards as the territory expands.

Understanding the Amazon Hub Delivery Model
For candidates new to this specific logistics sector, the Amazon Hub Delivery program is a unique model that partners with local businesses—such as coffee shops, florists, or dry cleaners—to deliver packages within their immediate community. This “micro-logistics” approach relies on the Account Manager to ensure these non-traditional delivery partners have the tools, volume, and support needed to succeed alongside professional couriers.
