As a Logistics Manager, you must be comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments, likely coming from a background in defense, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing. You should possess excellent negotiation skills, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance. Role Overview

In this pivotal Logistics Manager position, you will serve as the primary owner of transportation and logistics strategy across the APAC theater. You will design and optimize distribution flows, manage 3PL relationships, and lead regional sourcing efforts via RFPs and contract negotiations. Working at the intersection of technology and mission success, you will partner with global leadership to align regional execution with enterprise goals. As a Logistics Manager, you will also be responsible for maintaining import/export compliance and driving continuous improvement through the establishment of rigorous KPIs like transit time, reliability, and cost optimization.

To be successful as our next Logistics Manager, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in logistics/transportation with specific expertise in APAC markets (Japan, Taiwan, SE Asia).

  • Leadership: Proven ability to build and scale regional logistics functions in early-stage or rapidly growing organizations.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time across the region.

  • Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business; Master’s or Six Sigma/Lean training is highly preferred.

  • Skills: Expert-level communication, vendor management, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
