We are looking for individuals with 2+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles, specifically those who excel in omnichannel marketing, SEM, or SEO. As an Account Manager, you must be able to translate technical metrics into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a collaborative “tinkerer” who can dive deep into trends, communicate the “why” behind results, and foster collaboration across Creative, Sales, and Product teams. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Economics or Engineering and experience with programmatic strategy, you are our ideal Account Manager.

Role Overview
In this mission-critical Account Manager position, you will own the end-to-end relationship with strategic advertisers, acting as a knowledgeable partner on Amazon’s proprietary data and advertising solutions. Your daily journey involves developing annual brand and media strategies, crafting omnichannel plans, and optimizing campaign performance to hit aggressive revenue targets. As an Account Manager, you will leverage high-level data analysis to influence short-term and long-term digital strategies, ensuring your clients achieve maximum results on and off Amazon.com. You will also lead process improvement initiatives to gain efficiency, making your digital expertise critical to the success of both your internal team and external customers.
Job Requirements
To be successful as our next Account Manager, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Experience: 2+ years in digital advertising and client-facing roles (4+ years preferred).
Technical Skills: Proven experience in omnichannel marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), or SEO.
Analytical Ability: Experience translating complex data and analysis into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Collaboration: Strong track record of working cross-functionally with Sales, Retail, and Product partners.
Innovation: Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and developing technology-driven programs.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization and senior agency stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related business/engineering field preferred.
Location: Must be able to work from the Santa Monica, CA office.
