Requirements & Skills
To excel as a Sales & Administrative Assistant, you must demonstrate the following competencies:
CRM Mastery: Experience updating and maintaining lead information and opportunities in CRM platforms.
Financial Accuracy: Proficiency in job costing reports, daily billing reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for professional correspondence and phone reception.
Logistics: Experience managing complex calendars (Rental and OOO) and handling shipping/receiving.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) for report generation and document preparation.
