The Innovation of Rural Super Rural (RSR)
For candidates looking to understand the impact of this role, the RSR division is Amazon’s answer to the unique challenges of remote delivery. While standard delivery stations focus on high-density urban areas, the Operations Manager in an RSR site oversees a complex web of logistics that reaches customers who may live miles away from the nearest hub.
