Key Responsibilities

Security & Compliance

  • Monitor site access, including gatehouse duties and perimeter checks
  • Operate CCTV systems and maintain overall site security
  • Issue permits to work and hot work permits for contractors
  • Review JSA and SWMS documents to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Ensure all contractors follow site regulations and safety procedures

Facilities & Operations

  • Conduct daily facility inspections and report maintenance issues
  • Support general site maintenance and operational requirements
  • Assist with bin collection, recycling, and waste management processes
  • Manage cardboard and polystyrene baling for sustainability initiatives
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Logistics Support

  • Assist with truck loading and general warehouse logistics
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment when required
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations
